CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS
MAY 9 & 10, 2009
Every year DFC plans a weekend on which we celebrate and seek to better understand the intersection of art and faith. Special speakers, music and other elements make the Celebration of the Arts an extremely memorable experience. In addition to morning programs, Saturday night features a full gallery of local art displayed in professional environments and juried by professional Dallas artists. Submission is free of charge. See link below for online submission form. The celebration continues on Sunday with a number of art classes taught by professionals on the DFC campus. Check back for details.
Further information regarding the art exhibit:
- The exhibit is juried. Professional Dallas artists will spend one-on-one time with the artists constructively critiquing their work.
- Please plan to have art delivered on Friday night between 5-8pm.
- Please plan to have art taken offsite either on Saturday night after the exhibit or on Sunday.
- All art must be submitted using the form below in order to be displayed.
